Cancellation and refunds at Ovenlicious depend upon the service provider and can be cancelled by them if the cake has not been prepared. If you’d like to cancel your order, please drop a mail at care@ovenlicious.com quoting your order ID and reason for cancellation. We will then share your request with the respective partner who will then decide if the order can be refunded. Generally, if the cake has not been prepared by our partner, your refund will go through, however, in certain cases where the cake is supposed to be delivered immediately within next few hours, the cake is prepared immediately as soon as the order is received. In such cases, we may deny your request to cancel and refund since the cake has already been prepared.
